How to monetize your email list

In this post, I’m going to talk about what I think, is number one asset in your business. It’s something that I wish I would have earlier and that is building and monetizing email list. When I first started, I kept hearing gurus talk about this magical thing called email list and how it makes you lots of money and create true Freedom. I’m going to really dive deep in this later, on how to create a hyper engage list of people just buy at a rapid rate and they continue to buy from you for years. However before we jump into that before we start talking about how to build a list or people just keep buying from you, you really need to understand the concept and you really need to set yourself up to wind.
When I build this asset I can make a lot of money from it. So, what we want to do is we want to pick the best option (best offer to start your business). Now I’m going to share with you different types of products that I promoted, the things I like and the ones that don’t like. I will share with you what I learned, the difference of going for making a little bit of money to make a lot of money and keep increasing my income month after month.
So, my favorite type of offers to promote are affiliate offers, which give me benefits as I create product myself. The big difference is I didn’t have to do much of the work

I’m going to talk about that later. I don’t want that to sound happy but there’s a different type of business model and I want you to think of something like Starbucks. You could go out there and create your own coffee shop, but if you ever heard this statistic, that 80% of businesses fail in the first 5 years. In my opinion, the reason is that the person is not a true entrepreneur, he still learns out how the business works, still trying to learn how business works and trying to figure out marketing, how to keep customers happy, so they even want to come back and so on.
That’s a lot to take on by yourself. What could you do if you’re as smart?  You could get a bank loan or something like that and go out there and license a Starbucks that is a proven business model.
Everything is set up for you, they figured out all the systems for employees, how to get customers in the door and they have all the recipes.  It’s just it’s a proven business model, so you’re set up to win.
This is called the license model. I’ll talk about that more bit later, now my second type of offers that I like to promote and it’s really the only offers I honestly promote are Evergreen products. So an evergreen product is something you can promote now, 6 months from now, a year from now, 2 years from now, and it still going to be good 5 years from now.
I don’t particularly like product launches, and I’ll go more into detail on that in a second, but I like to set up and promote products that are Evergreen. The reason being is, it takes the same amount of effort to build email sells funnel around a product like a product launch, and it’s only being promoted for like a week, as it does to promote something it’s Evergreen and long-term.
There are even two different types of Evergreen products. Some people say their products are Evergreen, but it really just rides off a trend. An example of making online money industry would be like say Instagram ads. Right now that’s hot, but 6 months later from now it may not be the hot thing, so I don’t really like setting up a funnel for a product if it’s not something that’s going to be a long-term asset. If I got to put all that effort in, I want to continue to make money from it passively after I created. I want to create at once set it up and it continues to make me money year after year. It’s a leveraged asset and you’re going to keep hearing me talk about this leverage thing over and over in my training because I don’t like doing work two three four five times if I can just do it once and get the same kind of result.

My favorite category to promote is software and services. The reason being is like I always say, you should be a product of the product, so promote things that you use. I’m doing this in my business space because when you use things yourself the people that follow you, they look at you like their trusted advisor. They expect you, to help them and to recommend things which will help them solve their problems or kill their pain. So a software or service is a great way to do. For example for me is

I use them, I’ve never had a problem with it, I love it myself, I couldn’t honestly imagine running my business without it, so it makes it very easy to recommend it to my customers.  And they need it, to start a business online, it’s going to help them.

Next time I will tell more about strategy how to promote product launches…
